David Williams

David has had over 20 years experience in the Banking and Financial Services industry in Australia. He has worked in a variety of roles during this time including Regulatory Reporting, Business Partnering, Financial Control and more recently a Transformation Project for a Big 4 bank as the Finance Lead.

David was involved in the ASX Business Rule 1A implementation for an Investment Bank, along with Basel II Accreditation and a variety of business improvements processes. He was also involved in the transition of ownership from a UK to US parent of a small investment bank and the changes in the regulatory and control environment that accompanied this change.

David has a Bachelor of Economics from the ANU and a Master of Applied Finance from Macquarie University. David is also a Chartered Accountant and has a strong interest in the regulatory and compliance environment in the Financial Services Industry.

David joined RegCentric in January 2020.
