Subu Hebbar

Subu brings a breadth of experience leading analysis and solution delivery across a variety of projects and programs in the banking and insurance industry. He brings a mix of consulting, analysis and project management expertise into the team.

Prior to joining RegCentric, Subu has worked on projects at all the Big 4 Banks at some stage in his career with most notable experience being his ~3 year stint at ANZ on their Wholesale Lending Transformation Program that involved replacement of core system and also significantly improving the finance reporting outcomes downstream which he led. Subu has also been a consultant on Project & Portfolio Management in the past laying the foundation layer required for delivering solutions through sound project management disciplines.

Subu is passionate about taking on complex problems and solving them through critical thinking, being empathetic about the customer/user needs and bringing inputs from all stakeholders involved while ensuring there is an enterprise level consideration to any solution deployed.
