Data Governance & Data Literacy Training for Superannuation As organisations progressively becoming ‘data-driven’ and critical business decisions/operations have a heavier reliance on data and insights, in the environment where there is growing regulations on data privacy, there is a greater need to ensure right data is used to deliver right insights at the Right time for right consumption. This half-day session will enable executives to maximise the value of data for the enterprise growth while minimising the industry and economic risks associated with business decisions/operations/regulatory compliance impacted by data risks. The following topics will be covered in order to allow the executives to maximise the value of data for the enterprise growth while minimising the industry and economic risks associated with business decisions/operations/regulatory compliance impacted by data risks. Agenda: - Data capabilities and opportunities - Data Management framework and Data Governance uplift - Data transformation approach and key considerations - Current State Data Management Maturity Assessment *Enrollment must be completed at least 10 business days before the upcoming session.
