CPS 230 – Operational Risk

Service Description

To ensure continued compliance with regulatory reporting obligations, an APRA-regulated entity must effectively manage its operational risks, maintain its critical operations through disruptions, and manage the risks arising from service providers. Following topics will be covered to allow the executives to identify, assess and manage its operational risks, with effective internal controls, monitoring and remediation and be able to continue to deliver its critical operations within tolerance levels through severe disruptions. Executives program (1 hour interactive) - Introduction - Key aspects of the new standards - Role of the Board and Executive - Assessing current capability through maturity assessment - Key Questions for Boards and Executives *Enrollment must be completed at least 10 business days before the upcoming session. Any bookings made after this deadline will be automatically scheduled for the next month's session.
