Service Description
To ensure continued compliance with regulatory reporting obligations, an APRA-regulated entity must effectively manage its operational risks, maintain its critical operations through disruptions, and manage the risks arising from service providers. Following topics will be covered to allow the executives to identify, assess and manage its operational risks, with effective internal controls, monitoring and remediation and be able to continue to deliver its critical operations within tolerance levels through severe disruptions. Half-day Deep Dive Agenda: - Introduction - Area 1 - Key Principles - Area 2 - Risk Framework - Area 3 - Role of Board - Area 4 - Operational Risk - Area 5 - Business Continuity - Area 6 - Service Providers Next Steps: - Assessing current capability through maturity assessment - Key Questions for Boards and Executives Key Outcomes from the Deep Dive Training are: - Understanding of the key requirements of CPS230 - Discussing the elements of focus for your organisation, including the role of process management in operational risk - Key questions your Board and Executive can use to deliver the key requirements - A potential model to assess your maturity *Enrollment must be completed at least 10 business days before the upcoming session.
