Melbourne, 30 September 2020. RegCentric is delighted to announce the appointment of Bala Rasaratnam as its new Principal Consultant - Practice lead in Data Management and Data Governance, effective 1 October 2020.

Bala has been a key member of RegCentric leadership team since March 2020 joining as Covid 19 took hold of businesses. Growing a steady track record of success in this challenging backdrop, Bala will now take further responsibility to strengthen the data capabilities for RegCentric's growing client base.

Bala’s team will be assisting firms with their industry 4.0 data approach through practical adoption as well as meeting challenges in Financial Services businesses such as their pressing APRA regulatory obligations in CPG 235, RPG 702, APS 220, BCBS 239, along with appropriate adoption and ongoing monitoring of data for Executive’s BEAR Accountability and Directors duties challenges as credit for financial services continue to be impacted by the pandemic for the coming years.
